Unclear Government Regulations During A Pandemic

JAKARTA - During the COVID-19 pandemic, the central and local governments seemed to have lost their way. The PSBB which is enforced in Jakarta, the pre-employment cards, social assistance, and the ban on going home are always a topic of conversation. The lack of clarity in the rules given makes the community confused, especially when there are no strict sanctions when these rules are violated.
