Chevrolet Bolt EV Requests Continue To Increase, GM Plans To Increase Production

JAKARTA - Chevrolet Bolt EV provides a record sales. Demand for this model is still increasing to date. Therefore, GM plans to increase production.

Today, General Motors (GM) released the results of its 2022 Q3 shipment, and confirmed that Bolt EV and EUV had shipments with nearly 15,000 shipments in the US.

"The sales record for the quarterly Chevrolet Bolt EV and Bolt EV, which totaled 14,709 units," the car brand said in its report, launching Automotive News on Twitter.

Having delivered around 22,000 Bolt EVs and EVs so far this year, GM expects to send 44,000 vehicles this year.

In response to an unprecedented customer request, more than 44,000 vehicle shipments, GM plans to increase shipments by more than 70,000 by 2023.

Chevrolet Bolt EV/Bolt EUV is one of the best small electric cars in the North American market, which brings outstanding value provisions.

The latest version of the 2023 model is significantly sold cheaper, namely Bolt EV of US$26,595 (Rp405 million) and Bolt EUV for US$ 28,195 (Rp429 million).

Chevrolet also highlighted its support for charging, available through programs for eligible customers who buy or rent a new Bolt EV or Bolt EV that includes installing standard home charging via Qmerit, or public charging credit via EVGo.
