AI And Telkom Feedloop Synergy Regarding AI Implementation In Indonesia

JAKARTA - PT Feedloop Global Technology, or better known as Feedloop AI, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the HUB.ID Accelerator Partner Day x Nex-BE Fest 2023 with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom).

The signing, which was held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali, is the starting point for the collaboration between FeedloopAI and Telkom, in order to create artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools.

This Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Chief Marketing Officer of Feedloop, Muhammad Ajie Santika, and Komang Budi Aryasa, as EVP Digital Business and Technology at Telkom Indonesia.

"This collaboration combines AI services from the Feedloop and Telkom services to develop a Generative AI-based use case needed by various industries," said Muhammad Ajie Santika, CMO Feedloop, in a statement recently received.

Ajir also added that this service will later be integrated with internal company documents to increase efficiency and accelerate business processes safely.

"This is an important step in the development of AI implementation in the industry, especially in the context of exploring AI Feedloop services that can be integrated with Telkom digital products," said Mia Melinda, CEO of Telkomsel Mitra Innovation.

More than that, Mia believes that this collaboration opens up great opportunities in the world of technology and business.

Through this strategic partnership, the AI and Telkom Indonesia Feedloops wish to become pioneers in digital transformation and implementation of AI in Indonesia.
