JAKARTA - Since 2016 the Bumble online dating app has provided its users with the ability to link Spotify accounts to their Bumble accounts. Now, the company is improving its features by launching Top Artists.

"Now on Bumble's Date mode, you'll be able to see if you and your candidates have one or more Top Artists shared on Spotify. This can help you find a common ground soon allowing you to connect more easily," Bumble wrote in an announcement on its official website.

Top Artists Bumble will feature your favorite works by highlighting your favorite artists, based on your top 50 playlists on Spotify. When you have the same top artist, you and your potential partner will see banners on their respective profiles showing which top artists you both love.

With this new feature, it will be easier for you to start a chat by discussing your favorite artists. So, you will be easier to connect with each other.

After returning to Bumble, your top 50 artists will appear in your profile editor. You can also hide certain artists from being seen by other Bumble daters.

"Although only your top 10 artists will be shown to potential matches at the bottom of your profile, the Top Artist feature will see your top 50 artists and your candidates to highlight the artists you have together," explained the dating app.
