JAKARTA - PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), as APM and distributor of Daihatsu vehicles in Indonesia, posted positive sales results during the August 2023 period.
During the August period, Daihatsu recorded sales of around 143 thousand units, an increase of up to 8.6 percent from the same period last year.
This achievement made Daihatsu contribute retail sales to the national automotive market share of 20.2 percent. Meanwhile, overall Daihatsu recorded sales of up to 655 thousand during the eight months of 2023. Of course, this achievement is an increase of 4.4 percent compared to last year's same period.
Tri Mulyono, as Marketing & Customer Relations Division Head of PT Astra International Daihatsu Sales Operations, said that with this achievement, Daihatsu was able to make a major contribution to the sustainability of the Indonesian automotive market.
