Anwar Usman Reported Again To MKMK As A Result Of Claims Of Obligatory Slander

Constitutional Justice Anwar Usman was again reported to the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK) following a statement claiming that he had received heinous slander from the polemic of the presidential and vice presidential age decisions. Eliadi added that Anwar Usman must be able to prove who is meant as the party that has slandered, memolitized, and made a scenario for the formation of the MKMK. "If he can't prove it then it's the same as spreading hoaxes and not respecting the Constitutional Court's decision," said Eliadi. "Based on this, we report anwar usman for the violation of the Constitutional Justice's code of ethics and request that he be dishonorably dismissed as a Constitutional Justice," he continued. It is known that the MKMK chaired by Jimly Asshiddiqie with Wahidduddin Adams and Bintan members R. Saragih still has an ad hoc working period until November 24, 2023.
