Found Dead In Hotel Room, Batam District Court Judge Called Having Heart History And Hypertension

The Batam District Court (PN) stated that one of its judges, Nanang Herjunanto, who died in the room of one of the hotels, had a history of heart disease and high blood pressure or hypertension. "From the information submitted by his family to us, he had a high blood disease and heart disease," said Chairman of the Batam Mashuri District Court Efendi after the ceremony to release Nanang's body in Batam, Riau Islands (Kepri), Monday 6 November, was confiscated by Antara. Then the hotel manager ordered to contact the local police to get permission to force the door of the room," he said.

After the police arrived and the door was successfully opened, it was found that the victim's body was dead. "From the results of the police investigation that was submitted to us, it is estimated that his death had been more than a day. There were no signs of violence," he said. Meanwhile, Bengkong Police Chief Iptu Doddy Basyir said, from the post-mortem conducted by the doctor at Bhayangkara Hospital of the Riau Islands Police, there were no signs of violence on the victim's body. "This victim has a history of hypertension and cholesterol. The drugs found in the victim's room are also drugs for hypertension and cholesterol," he said.
