PDIP Is Considered To Want To Localize The Case Of KTA Gibran At The DPC Level

JAKARTA - Director of PPI, Adi Prayitno, assessed that the elites at the PDI-P DPP wanted to localize the membership polemic of Gibran Rakabuming Raka at the PDIP Surakarta DPC level.

The polemic of Gibran's membership in PDIP after deciding to become a candidate for vice president is still rolling. The chairman of the Surakarta PDIP DPC, FX Hadi Rudyatmo, has sent a letter asking Gibran to return the KTA as well as resign as a party cadre.

According to Adi, what Rudy-Hadi Rudyatmo's nickname had indicated was that the PDIP DPP wanted the polemic to become the Surakarta PDIP DPC'management' considering that they issued KTA Gibran.

"Impressions that appear like that. The PDIP elites don't seem to want to be dragged into the polemic of the KTA Gibran which will seem dzolim. Therefore, the matter of KTA Gibran was handed over to the Surakarta PDIP DPC," he said, Saturday, November 4.

Adi assessed that Joko Widodo's men's factor was a separate consideration for the PDIP elites in seeing the Gibran case. If not, then the PDIP DPP will certainly immediately impose strict sanctions in the form of dismissals such as the Budiman Sudjatmiko case.

"Actually, this is only a matter of political communication that has been shown to the public, both by the PDIP and Gibran elites themselves, who have always avoided when asked about membership in PDIP," he said.

Previously, PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto emphasized that the KTA Gibran affairs were handed over to the Surakarta PDIP DPC. Apart from Jokowi's eldest son KTA not from the PDIP DPP, this attitude was taken because the Surakarta PDIP DPC had asked Gibran to return the PDIP KTA.
