Man From West Jakarta Dies In Bekasi, Shot In Head

BEKASI - The man with the initials GR (44) died after being shot in Kavling Rawa Bambu Bulak, Jalan Melati 3, RT 03 RW 09, Kalibaru, Medan Satria, Bekasi City.

Medan Satria Police Chief Kompol Nur Aqsha Nurdianto said the victim was a resident of West Jakarta. The incident occurred on Sunday, October 29, at night.

"So there is a victim, namely one person who died and has been rushed to Kramajati Hospital for further autopsy," said Nur when confirmed, Monday, October 30.

Nur admitted that he could not convey the chronology and results of the detailed search. Because they are still investigating the case.

"So for further information, from the results of the search at the location of the rented house which is still under investigation, we cannot say the perpetrator, because it is still in the process of being investigated," he said.

"(For) Projectiles have been secured at the Bekasi City Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit and also from the Resmob Polda," he continued

He said the victim suffered head injuries. However, to be further away, he was reluctant to convey it because he was still waiting for the autopsy results at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

"Still in the process of the autopsy results, we are waiting because we cannot confirm how many gunshot wounds there are," he said.
