Ministry Of PUPR: AsN Flats Furniture In IKN Use Domestic Products

JAKARTA - The State Capital Infrastructure Development Task Force (IKN) of the Ministry of PUPR revealed that the furniture for ASN Flats (Rusun) at IKN Nusantara uses domestic products.

"For furniture or furniture, we use domestic products, because for furniture it can be produced domestically," said the Head of the Task Force (Kasatgas) for Implementation of IKN Infrastructure Development, Danis Sumadilaga, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, October 27.

Danis said that in essence, IKN development must use the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) or domestic products as much as possible.

"If we can (use) all domestic products for ASN Flats at IKN, why not?" he said.

The use of domestic product furniture is also not only used for ASN Flats, but also for furniture in government buildings at IKN Nusantara.

However, for components related to mechanical electronics that cannot be produced domestically, imports can be carried out.

The ministry checks or recommends buildings, including ASN flats, in June or July 2024.

Danis said the 47 ASN flat towers with the APBN scheme had been contracted and had begun construction. The ASN flat is overall targeted for completion by the end of 2024.

However, the Ministry of PUPR targets that as many as 12 ASN flat towers in IKN can be completed in July 2024. A total of 12 ASN flat towers can accommodate around 2,100 units.

Based on data from the Ministry of PUPR, the progress of the construction of ASN Flats at IKN Nusantara as of October 19 reached around 1 - 2 percent.

Overall, 47 ASN-Hankam flat towers have a total of 2,820 units with a type of 98 m2 for each unit. The construction of flats consists of 31 flats for ASN with a total of 1,860 units.

Then the Hankam Flats consist of 7 flats for National Police personnel and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and 9 flats for the Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres) with a total of 960 units.

Each tower is 12 floors high, consisting of 1st and 2nd floors which are used for the podium of social facilities (fitness, public space, etc.), while the remaining 10 floors are for housing. Each unit is prepared for three bedrooms.
