Missing Fishermen In West Coast Of Lampung Found Lifeless

The joint SAR team found Hendra Cipta (35), a fisherman who was missing in the waters of Tanjung Setia, West Coast Regency, Lampung. The fisherman was found dead.

"Hendra Cipta (35), a fisherman who went missing in the waters of Tanjung Setia, was found dead by the joint SAR team on Wednesday," said SAR Tanggamus Post Coordinator Robi Rusli when contacted from South Lampung, Wednesday, October 11, confiscated by Antara.

He said the search for the third day began at 07.00 WIB. The joint SAR team divided the team into three units in the search.

The SAR team unit 1 carried out a search using Basarnas rubber boats. Units 2 and 3 carried out the search using a jukung fishing boat.

The victim was found at 07.30 WIB by the joint SAR team and the surrounding community.

"At around 07.30 WIB, the joint SAR team found the victim dead. When found, the victim's position was floating at coordinates 5°19'16.35"S 103°59'44.49"E and with a distance of 1.8 km from the scene," he said.

Furthermore, he said, the victim was evacuated using jukung, to the funeral home for burial.
