JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo had a nightly dinner with art activists in the middle of the typical shady trees of the nation's capital (IKN) Nusantara in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.

President Jokowi invites art activists to dinner after attending the Nusantara Appreciation Night in the IKN area.

The President sat in the midst of art activists and exchanged chats. The atmosphere is also getting closer to Chef Arnold's cooking dish in the form of fried rice.

"If you look like this, it looks like a call, yes, at night, it's crowded, when will Pak Jokowi cook fried rice again," said Chef Arnold while cooking quoting Antara.

Art activists and a number of ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet enjoyed the dinner by talking and eating the food that had been prepared.

radio broadcaster Ralvi Nasution said the momentum of dinner at IKN this time was an experience that would never be forgotten.

"If it's normal like this, eat with friends, this is eating with the president, so it feels really extraordinary, it can't be said in words. This is a very warm atmosphere and I will remember this moment at any time," he said.

Komika Insan Nur Akbar gave his appreciation to President Jokowi because he could be involved in the moment of togetherness at IKN. "This is an honor. Today is happy to be able to eat with the president," he said.

The atmosphere was lively with the presence of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono who sang a number of songs.

Also attending the Eating event that night were Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir, Minister of Investment/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi, and Head of IKN Authority Bambang Susantono.
