JAKARTA - A housewife (IRT) with the initials NN is suspected of being a victim of sexual harassment allegedly committed by debt collectors. NN explained that the sexual harassment took place in his rented house in the Pondok Pinang area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Saturday morning, September 16.

When met, NN said that the incident that happened to him began when he was visited by the perpetrator who served as debt collector. The perpetrator came to NN's house to collect installments that had not been paid.

However, at that time, the victim NN asked the perpetrator for time to change his clothes. Because NN said at that time he only wore a negligee.

However, when NN returned to meet the perpetrators, he was shocked because the perpetrator had entered his house. Even though NN has not allowed it.

"I opened the door. I was wearing a bed. I'll change my clothes for a while. He didn't allow me, without saying hello. It immediately entered my room. He looked at the middle room, immediately sat down," explained NN to reporters in the Rempoa area, South Tangerang, Thursday, September 21, evening.

NN was even more surprised when he saw the perpetrator suddenly removing his genitals that were pointing at him. Suddenly, NN strongly rebuked the perpetrator.

According to NN's confession, the perpetrator invited him to have sex with the lure of being assisted by repaying his debt.

"He immediately sat down, both legs wanted to be opened with him. 'Come on, there's no one for a while. Later I'll help you pay'. Mother should have been two months," said NN imitating the perpetrator's words at the time.

"But you can afford it for a month. How much is 1,190,000. Mother deposits 1,190.000, the rest I pay, he said. I said 'it's not polite,' I've been screaming," he continued.

The perpetrator who panicked immediately rushed to leave the victim's house. However, in his last conversation, the perpetrator had mentioned that he would return if this house was only NN alone.

"Tomorrow, I'll go home again in the morning, there won't be anyone," said NN again imitating the perpetrator's voice.

Due to this incident, the victim plans to report the incident to the police.

Meanwhile, Kun Muhammad Ramdan as the head of the FIF post, Rempoa, said that the debt collector who collects the debt has complied with the procedure, which is equipped with a letter of assignment, consumer data and receipt.

"If billing, so far it has been allowed to enter. But as long as it is not allowed, it cannot. Debt Collectors cannot be arbitrary. Confession of the collector, yes, he asked according to the procedure. Invited to enter," said Ramdan.

Regarding that, his subordinates were suspected of sexually harassing their consumers, he admitted that he did not know any further. Because it is not his authority.

According to him, if this is true, he asks the victim to report the action to the police. However, Ramdan also admitted that he could not conclude whether or not the case was wrong.

"If there is harassment beyond our control. If consumers object to their actions, they can be reported. If I can't conclude wrongly and correctly as long as there is no decision from the police," he concluded.
