The management of the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Regional General Hospital (RSUD), West Aceh Regency, is trying to repair leaks in a number of patient care rooms during heavy rains. As a result of this leak, a number of patients were evacuated to other safer rooms. "“Currently we are still trying to overcome this leak. It is hoped that patients undergoing treatment will be more comfortable and safe,” said Director of the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital, West Aceh Regency, Ilum Anam SPPD in Meulaboh, as reported by Antara, Thursday, September 21. The leak in the patient's treatment room happens to be close to an electrical panel, so if it is not evacuated immediately it will seriously endanger the patient's safety. He admitted that the cause of the leak that occurred in the patient care room at the local government's hospital occurred due to natural factors, due to the high intensity of rain, causing the water trunk to be unable to accommodate and drain rainwater properly, causing leakage. In addition, the overflow of rainwater into a number of patient care rooms at the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital occurred due to the clogged water in the toilet, so the water also inundated the bathroom. "This leak incident is due to natural and technical factors, because there are several pipes that we suspect are clogged, causing flooding and leakage on the roof," he said. In order to overcome this problem, said Ilum, his party is trying to make improvements, so it is hoped that the problem of leaking a number of patient care rooms can be resolved immediately.

Earlier on Wednesday night, the management of the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital, West Aceh Regency, was forced to evacuate a number of patients who received medical treatment due to a number of treatment rooms experiencing leaks when hit by heavy rains.
