Through Arwin Rasjid KPK Find Out Alleged Flow Of Money In The Corruption Case Of Pulo Gebang Land Procurement

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to trace the flow of money resulting from corruption in land acquisition in Pulo Gebang, East Jakarta. One of the witnesses who was also questioned was PT TEZ Capital & Finance, Arwin Rasyid. "Yang (alleged corruption, red) Pulo Gebang kan masih berjalan proses penyidikannya, termasuk pemeriksaan terakhir ada sejumlah saksi diperiksa," kata Kepala Bagian Beritaan KPK Ali Fikri kepada wartawan di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa, 12 September. Arwin said that Ali had been asked about several things, including the issue of inflating and the alleged flow of money from the suspects in this case. This is because the material in this case is actually similar to the corruption case in land acquisition in Munjul, East Jakarta which has been tried. Although Ali has not yet detailed the suspects in this case, information is circulating that two people have been determined. They are former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles Pinontoan and Rudy Hartono Iskandar (RHI) as Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM). "Of course the investigation is because this is the same allegation as previously sentenced in Munjul. There is a mark-up, there is an alleged flow of money, yes, around that which was then investigated," said Ali. Ali ensured that Arwin's statement would be further investigated. The KPK will look for where the money from corruption flows and open up opportunities to determine other articles, such as money laundering (TPPU) if sufficient evidence is found. The application of this additional article, continued Ali, aims to optimize asset returns. "So (the punishment, red) is more optimal not only prison but there is a confiscation process and others," he said. As previously reported, Arwin Rasyid, who is also the former President Director of PT Telkom Indonesia, underwent an examination on Thursday, September 7. This is his second summons as a witness. As for this case, a series of investigation efforts have been carried out, including conducting a search at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building on January 18.

Six rooms were searched, including the office on the 10th floor, 8, 6, 4, 2, and the staff of Commission C of the DKI DPRD. One of them is called the Cinta Mega room which is a member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PDIP faction. From this activity, evidence was found in the form of documents and electronic evidence allegedly related to land acquisition in Pulogebang. All of these findings will be investigated by the KPK and confiscated to complete the case file.
