JATENG - The Gerindra Party Honorary Council scheduled the summons of the Chairperson of the Gerindra Semarang DPC Joko Santoso on Sunday 10 September afternoon. Joko will be questioned about the alleged beating of PDI-P cadres (PDIP). "According to the daily direction of the Gerindra Party, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the Gerindra party's honorary assembly will summon to examine the chairman of the Gerindra Semarang DPC on Sunday afternoon regarding the alleged beating of PDI Party cadres in the struggle," said Gerindra Party's Chief of Honorary Council Habiburokhman in Jakarta, Sunday, September 10, quoted by Antara. He explained that the two levels of error allegedly occurred in the matter, firstly, if it was true that he did the beating, would certainly be a criminal realm that must be investigated by the police. Second, according to him, if Joko did not carry out persecution, but intimidated or was disrespectful towards PDIP cadres, then this violated the self-isolation of cadres who required Gerindra cadres to always be polite and humble. Habiburokhman reminded Gerindra cadres to always obey the oath of identity of cadres. Previously, PDIP DPC chairman Semarang Hendrar Prihadi said the case of alleged beatings that happened to him occurred at around 21.45 WIB on Friday 8 September.
