Police Investigate Armed Motorcycle Gang Perpetrators Of Stabbing In Semarang

SEMARANG - Police investigated the stabbing case by a group of sharp armed motorcycle gangs on Jalan Pengapon, Semarang City, Central Java, Tuesday morning. East Semarang Police Chief Iptu Iwan Kurniawan said that in that case Revianto, a resident of Kemijen, East Semarang, was the victim of a stabbing. "The incident began when the victim and his friend were in a shop around the scene," said Iwan, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, September 5. At around 01.00 WIB, a group of people came riding a motorcycle. The mob was driving with sharp weapons. Seeing this, he said, the victim and his friend tried to leave the location on a motorbike. However, the victim who fell was chased and attacked by the sharp armed gang. "The victim and the group of perpetrators do not know each other," he explained that the perpetrators had left the location when the police arrived.

The victim was injured in the incident and then rushed to the Wongsonegoro Hospital in Semarang. The victim suffered injuries to his hands and feet. According to him, this incident is still being handled by the East Semarang Police along with the Semarang Police Satreskrim Resmob.
