JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo has appointed 10 names of acting governors (pj) to replace governors whose terms of office have ended.

After deciding on the appointment of the acting principal, today, Tuesday 5 September, the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) will carry out the inauguration and continue with the handover of positions in each of the 10 provinces.

Quoted from Antara, Head of the Information Center (Kapuspen) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Benny Irwan previously said that Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian had reported to the president regarding the proposed name of acting governor for the remaining term of office which ends in September 2023.

The following are 10 names of acting governors in 10 provinces in Indonesia, namely:

1. Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin

2. Acting Governor of Central Java Nana Sudjana

3. Acting Governor of North Sumatra Hasanuddin

4. Acting Governor of Bali Sang Made Mahendra Jaya

5. Acting Governor of Papua Ridwan Rudalamun

6. Acting Governor of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Ayodhia Kalake

7. Acting Governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Lalu Gita Ariadi

8. Acting Governor of West Kalimantan Harizon Azroi

9. Acting Governor of Southeast Sulawesi Andap Budhi
