Forgetting PSI's Greeting When Giving A Speech, Prabowo: I'm Nervous

JAKARTA - There was an interesting moment that occurred when the presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto greeted the political elite at the Gelora Party's declaration of support. Prabowo had forgotten to greet PSI representatives.

The moment began when Prabowo stood in front of the stage to give a speech. In his opening, he greeted the General Chair of the Gelora Party.

"Yang saya hormati, yang saya banggakan, dan saya cintai saudara Anis Matta, Ketum Partai Gelora, Partai Wave Rakyat," ujar Prabowo di Djakarta Theater, Jakarta Pusat, Sabtu, 2 September.

Then, the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party greeted other political elites who were present, starting from the UN Ketum Yusril Ihza Mahendra and PAN Secretary General Eddy Soeparno.

"Yang saya hormati, saya banggakan, Ketua Umum PBB Yusril Ihza Mahendra, yang saya hormati, yang saya banggakan Waketum Partai Gelora saudara Fahri Hamzah, Sekjen PAN saudara Eddy Soeparno, yang mewakir Partai Golkar saudara Tahan Samuel, Sekjen Gerindra bersama jajarannya saudara Ahmad Muzani, hadir saudara Sugiono, juga hadir Pak Fuad Bawazier, hadir saudara Andre ketua DPD Sumbar, hadir tadi mana Wagub DKI Ariza, mantan Wagub DKI," ungkapnya.

"Brother Haikal anggota DPR RI, kemudian, Ibu Susi, kemudian Waketum, kemudian Wakil Ketua Dewan Pembina kita Komjen Pol (Ret.) Iwan Bule dan para pimpinan Gerindra yang tidak saya menyebut satu-satu tanpa mengurangi rasa kehormat karena saya khawatir committee akan membatkan waktu saya," sambung Prabowo.

After greeting the political elites, Prabowo was about to start his speech. However, suddenly he stopped for a few seconds for forgetting to greet representatives from PSI.

Then, he greeted PSI cadres, one of which was the Chairman of the Central Leadership Council, Cheryl Tanzil.

"Oh my brothers and sisters from PSI, I'm sorry, how come I didn't open this second page. Sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he said.

In fact, Prabowo joked if the moment made him nervous. Especially when meeting PSI cadres.

"So I'm nervous when I meet PSI, how come I'm nervous," said Prabowo
