Solo City Government Adds Public Space To Take Advantage Of The Empty Land Of TMP Kusuma Bhakti

SOLO - Solo City, Central Java, will soon add new public spaces by utilizing some of the vacant land at Kusuma Bhakti Heroes Cemetery. "That's for public space," said Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka in Solo, Central Java, quoted from Antara, Thursday, August 31. The arrangement will still wait for the disbursement of grant funds from the United Arab Emirates Government. According to him, later in the location it will also be used as a parking bag, considering that in the same area there are a number of tourist attractions, namely Solo Safari and following completion in the near future is waterboom or water game tourism. Gibran ensured that he would not change the original form of TMP. "It doesn't change the shape, we just tidy it up. So far, it's been a bush," he said again. He estimates that the arrangement will take approximately one year. As part of the arrangement, his party will relocate the Lentera House, namely a house for children with HIV/AIDS in the TMP area. "We have provided (a new place, ed.). Those children are unlucky, it is our responsibility," he also said.

According to Gibran, the arrangement of the TMP will coincide with the start of the revitalization of the Surakarta Hadiningrat Kasunanan Palace. Both will use grant funds from the United Arab Emirates Government.
