Prabowo Visits Golkar This Afternoon, There Is A Surprise About The Vice Presidential Candidate

JAKARTA - The General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party as well as the presidential candidate (candidate) of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM), Prabowo Subianto will visit the Golkar Party's DPP office in Slipi, Jakarta, Thursday, August 31, this afternoon. Golkar Party DPP chairman Dave Laksono, said Prabowo was scheduled to attend the Golkar DPP at 15.00 WIB. "At 15.00 WIB, the plan," said Dave Laksono when contacted, Thursday, August 31. However, Dave was reluctant to comment on the meeting this afternoon whether there would be a discussion of the vice presidential candidate (cawapres) with Golkar Party Chair Airlangga Hartarto, or not. The reason was, Airlangga had mentioned that there was a surprise when Prabowo visited the party's headquarters bearing the banyan tree. Dave emphasized that Prabowo's presence to the DPP was due to a special invitation from Airlangga to become a speaker at the Public Lecture of the Golkar Party or a Public Lecture with the theme 'Responding to the Future Leadership Challenge Towards Indonesia Gold 2045'. Previously, the chairman of the Golkar party, Airlangga Hartarto, said that there would be a surprise when Prabowo visited the Golkar Party. However, he was reluctant to divulge about the surprise.
