JAKARTA - A collector with the initials I (23) in Pulo Village, Cakung, East Jakarta, was desperate to persecute a woman with the initials S (43) until the victim's index finger broke after being hacked.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cakung Police, AKP Abdi Harahap, said that as a result of the tantrum, the finger of the victim S's left hand was cut off after being stabbed by a sharp weapon by the perpetrator.

"I, who was holding a sharp sword type weapon twice to S, hit the victim's left index finger until it broke," AKP Abdi told reporters, Monday, August 28.

Furthermore, AKP Abdi said, the incident began when the perpetrator passed by riding a motorbike with his friend with the initials A. I and A also approached victim S.

However, the perpetrator with the initials I, who had already brought a sword, was immediately involved in an argument with S, resulting in a commotion.

Not only that, I had previously pointed the sharp weapon at S. Then the victim replied by recording a video through his mobile phone at the time of the incident.

"I said to S 'Woy anj*** lu, go back there and you go to the village!' then the victim replied 'What's your problem?' I, who was angry at that time, immediately made a mistake at S," he added.

Seeing that the victim was injured, I immediately took A to escape from the scene. Meanwhile, S was immediately taken by his family to the Cakung Hospital. The Cakung Police conducted an investigation after receiving the report.

No more than 1x24 hours, the Cakung Police managed to arrest the perpetrator and the evidence used when the incident occurred.

"It happened last Sunday, August 27. However, after being interrogated, A was not the perpetrator, but at that time he only accompanied I, who at that time there was often a commotion with S, so only anticipating a commotion, then I was arrested already, then A and I we took him to the Cakung Police for further processing," he said.

Meanwhile, according to the perpetrator's initials I, the motive experienced was apparently hurt. Perpetrator I hurt S, because the hut belonging to brother I was torn down by S's family.

"The motive was hurt, previously the hut of the brother of the perpetrator was torn off by the victim's brother, so there was anger," he said.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator with the initials I was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code related to Serious Persecution with the threat of imprisonment of more than 5 years.
