Rocky and Refly Harun were reported under Article 28 paragraph 2 Jo Article 45 paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and/or Article 156 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 14 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 and/or Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.

Rocky Gerung's report started with podcast content broadcast on YouTube Refly Harun. United Indonesia Volunteers assessed that Rocky's statement at the event contained elements of insulting Jokowi and unethical.

"Once Jokowi loses his power he becomes an ordinary person, no one cares later. But Jokowi's ambition is to maintain his legacy. He offers IKN, pacing to the coalition, to find clarity on his fate," said Rocky in the video.

"He thinks his fate is not our fate, it's b****n yang t*l, sekaligus b***ng*n mengguruh. Kalau dia b***ng*n smart, dia mau terima berbahan dengan Jumhur Hidayat. Ajaib, b**ng*n tapi mengguruh," lanjut Rocky mengkritik Jokowi.

Jokowi's volunteers assessed that Rocky Gerung's words had caused a commotion in the community. They argue that Rocky made inappropriate words and was considered to have attacked President Jokowi's leadership.

"We as volunteers and the people of Indonesia are very disturbed and this has caused a commotion, so we report it at Polda Metro Jaya as well as we also report the spread of the video," said Lisman Hasibuan, General Chair of the United Indonesia Volunteers, on Tuesday (1/8).

Rocky is also said to have provoked the masses through a statement he made. The academics, known for their scathing criticism, are said to have made a movement on August 10 to close toll roads.

"After that, there was an element of provocation related to the August 10 movement which he conveyed regarding the closure of the toll road. It had violated the law as well, that the Toll Road should not be caused to be jammed because it could disrupt the economy, unrest and riots could occur," said Lisman Hasibuan.

Unfortunately when Jokowi's volunteers came to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on Monday (31/7), the report they submitted was rejected by the police. The police said that only the president could report insulting the president himself, not from other people.

Volunteers are directed to submit their reports to the public complaint line (dumas). On the same day, Jokowi volunteers reported this as a public complaint and received by the Java Metro Police.
