After The Case Of Blok G Tanah Abang Becomes A Thug Nest, Heru Budi Removes The Managing Director Of Pasar Jaya

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono removed the President Director (Managing Director) of Perumda Sarana Jaya Tri Prasetya on Friday, July 28, 2023.

Tri has served as President Director of Pasar Jaya since July 16, 2022, appointed by former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. Prior to serving as President Director of Pasar Jaya, Tri was the Operational General Manager of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart).

A few weeks earlier, Pasar Jaya was plagued with problems because the Blok G area of Tanah Abang Market, which is now abandoned, was used as a hotbed for thugs.

Now, Heru Budi has appointed Agus Himawan as President Director of Pasar Jaya to replace Tri. Then, Heru Budi also changed the position of Director of Administration and General Affairs of Pasar Jaya.

"Agus Himawan Widiyanto was inaugurated as President Director replacing Tri Prasetyo. As well as Sumanto as Director of Administration and General Affairs replacing Zuhdi Mamduhhi," said Head of the Regional Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BP BUMD) Nasrudin Djoko Surjono in a statement quoted on Sunday, July 30.

In addition, Heru Budi also reshuffled the ranks of the Supervisory Board (Dewas) Pasar Jaya. He appointed Mardani Nasir as Dewas Secretary replacing R Dwi Murti Nurcahya.

Then, Assistant for Administration of the Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province was appointed as Sigit Wijatmoko as a member of the Supervisory Board replacing Mardani Nasir.

Nasrudin explained that the replacement of the Secretary and members of the Supervisory Board, President Director and Director of Administration and General Affairs of Perumda Pasar Jaya had been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Nasrudin also hopes that the newly appointed board of directors and adolescents of Perumda Pasar Jaya can contribute positively to improve performance through improving good corporate governance.

"Hopefully the Secretary and Member of the Supervisory Board and the President Director as well as the Director of Administration and General Affairs of Perumda Pasar Jaya will be able to carry out their duties properly and with full responsibility," he added.
