All Hajj Officers Leave Medina For Mecca

All Hajj officers who were previously still in charge of serving additional quota pilgrims and who were tasked with supervising special Hajj pilgrims on Friday left Medina for Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

The departure of the Madinah Working Area Hajj officers was carried out after all additional quota pilgrims or regular and special Hajj pilgrims had been "driven" to Mecca.

"This is the departure of the Madinah Working Area Hajj officers in the third wave or all of them have shifted to Mecca," said Head of the Madinah Working Area Zaenal Muttaqin, in Medina, Saudi Arabia, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 23.

All of them departed by one bus and 12 small vehicles in a convoy from the Madinah Working Regional Office to Mecca to join officers who had arrived first in batches one and two, Friday at 16.30 Saudi Arabian Time.

"Alhamdulillah, all the Hajj officers who previously served in the Madinah Working Area shifted to Mecca after all the additional quota pilgrims were dispatched to Mecca," said Zaenal.

On that occasion, Zaenal expressed his gratitude for the performance, discipline, commitment of all officers and hoped that the same spirit would be maintained while serving God's guests in Mecca.

"It is scheduled for the 27th of wukuf in Arafah, so once friends arrive in Mecca they can immediately coordinate with the head of the sector or the head of the post, lest the remaining time before wukuf in Arafah is spent resting. Prove that everyone is chosen," said Zaenal.

Medina Regional Secretary Abdillah MT added that the total number of Daker Madinah Hajj officers dispatched was 98 personnel from various sectors ranging from the Head of the Madinah Working Area, the Airport Working Area team, the protection of pilgrims, transportation, consumption, accommodation, Yanpul, Siskohat, MCH, the Bir Ali team, and sector officers.

"For the Indonesian Hajj Health Clinic (KKHI) team to go to Mecca after the Maghrib Prayer, we pray that they are safe and safe. Hopefully all officers will also be given health, so they can immediately join to provide services to the congregation at the peak of the pilgrimage while in Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina (Armuzna)," he said.

After Armuzna, said Abdillah, all Hajj officers from the Madinah Work Area will return to Medina to welcome the arrival of the second wave of pilgrims to carry out Arbain (pray fardhu in 40 times) before they return to the country.

"The second batch of pilgrims who have not run Arbain, after the peak of the hajj, will go to Medina to run Arbain and all officers are ready to serve them," said Abdillah.
