BADUNG - Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said that his party hopes that the implementation of the Bali and Beyond Travel Fair (BBTF) can encourage the revival of the quality and sustainable Indonesian tourism sector.
"We hope that next year Bali and Beyond Travel Fair will be the largest in the region to be able to establish Indonesia's position as a leader who focuses on the revival of sustainable quality tourism based on a dignified culture," said Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno in Badung Regency, Bali, as reported by ANTARA Saturday, June 17.
He said the implementation of the Bali and Beyond Travel Fair this year was much bigger than the previous year with 230 sellers from five countries and 350 buyers from 51 countries participating.
Throughout 2023, BBTF 2023 also targets a potential transaction for one year of around IDR 8.5 trillion.

According to him, the implementation of BBTF 2023 will also be able to contribute to the achievement of tourist visits targets in Indonesia, including tourist targets for 2024.
