Bekasi Kodim Hands Over 135 Trail Motorcycles For Babinsa Performance Support

JABAR - Military District Command (Kodim) 0509 / Bekasi Regency handed over 135 units of service vehicles of the type of motorbike trail to support the performance of members of the village supervisors or Babinsa.

"This official vehicle is assistance from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia," said Commander of the Military District Command (Dandim) 0509/Bekasi Regency Lt. Col. Inf. Danang Waluyo at the local Makodim, Friday, June 9, confiscated by Antara.

He said Babinsa was a territorial unit that came into direct contact with people at the village and sub-district levels, so the provision of assistance for official vehicles was appropriate because of the vital role of Babinsa as the spearhead of the TNI.

"The role of Babinsa is very vital as the spearhead of the TNI. Hopefully Babinsa can break through roads that cannot be passed by other vehicles, so it does not hinder the task," he said.

According to him, Babinsa carries out an important task in helping maintain security and order in the community, as well as developing village potential through a coaching program organized by the government together with the TNI.

"As we all know, this motorbike is support from the state through the Ministry of Defense which is given to the Kodim throughout Indonesia, including Kodim 0509/Bekasi Regency. Thank God we have infrastructure support to support Babinsa's duties to serve the community," he said.

Danang hopes that Babinsa members who have not received the support of the official motorbike will continue to improve their performance and enthusiasm in their duties, including the Babinsa who get official motorbikes so that they can take care of and maintain the vehicle.

"Hopefully with this official vehicle, Babinsa's performance will increase again and be able to work well to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia," he said.
