In addition, a prospective hajj candidate was delayed due to visa constraints and his wife also postponed his departure.

"The problem with the issuance of this visa is caused by the biometric recording system on the Saudi Visa Bio application. The visa bio is still new in Indonesia. It turns out that even though the biometric record application has been received, there are several cases such as the face or fingerprints of the congregation are still not legible because. Sorry, some do not have hands or the palm lining is too thick, so the visa cannot be printed out yet," he said.

The Ministry of Religion usually follows up by coming directly to the Saudi Arabian Embassy to provide clarification so that the pilgrims who are constrained will immediately issue their visas, so they can leave with the next group of groups, said Husnul Maram.
