David Ozora's Persecution Trial By Mario Dandy And Shane Lukas Escorted 12 Prosecutors

JAKARTA - The District Attorney (Kejari) will prepare 12 of his prosecutors to handle the Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas cases for the persecution of David Ozora. This was conveyed directly by the Head of the South Jakarta Kejari, Syarief Sulaeman Ahdi.

"There are 12 prosecutors in total who handle MDS and SL well cases," Syarief told reporters at the South Jakarta Kejari, Friday, May 25.

He said that of the dozens of prosecutors who were prepared, one of them had handled the Ferdy Sambo case. However, when asked who it was, Syarief was reluctant to answer.

"If you've been asked to have handled Sambo, there's also something new, I don't memorize it," he said.

On his occasion, Syarief said that his party would prepare the case files for Mario Dandy and Shane to be transferred to the South Jakarta State Empowerment (PN) before 20 days. The goal is that the case is to be tried immediately.

"We will try our best in the near future and not too long we will delegate (the case files of Mario Dandy and Shane Luaks) to the South Jakarta District Court, in a short time if our detention is 20 days," he concluded.
