As is known, the case of persecution of David Ozora by Mario Dandy, son of former Directorate General of Taxes Rafael Alun Trisambodo, together with Shane Lukas and son of AG (15) has been rolling since February 2023. The three of them were involved in the persecution on Monday, February 20 and were arrested on Wednesday, February 22, then on Friday 24 February, both of them have been named suspects by the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Then on Thursday, March 2, this case was transferred to Polda Metro Jaya and transferred the two suspects to the Polda Metro Jaya detention center on Monday, March 6. On Friday, March 10, Polda Metro Jaya reconstructed the crime scene (TKP) at the Green Permata Complex, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. An AG child, based on an Antara report, the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) Panel of Judges has sentenced AG's child to three years and six months at a special child development institution (LPKA).
