JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo held a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday, May 21.
In the meeting which took place on the sidelines of the G7 Summit, Jokowi expressed his support for efforts to make peace in the Ukraine-Russia war.
"President Zelenskyy, I will continue to follow the development of the situation in Ukraine. I am sorry for the victims who continue to fall," said Jokowi in a press release, Sunday, May 21.
President Jokowi emphasized that Indonesia continues to support peace efforts in Ukraine and expressed its readiness to become a bridge to peace.
