Tangerang District Court Rejects Pretrial Sutrisno Lukito

TANGERANG, - Tangerang District Court (PN) rejected the pretrial application filed by Sutrisno Lukito regarding the determination of the suspect status in the case of alleged forgery of land certificates in the Dadap area, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency. Wednesday 17 May. Determination of the status of suspect Sutrisno Lukito is stated in the Notification of Suspect Determination Number: B/13/II/RES. 1.2/2023/Polres Metro Tangerang City, on suspicion of forgery of letters and/or ordering to place false information into an authentic deed. This is stated in Article 263 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) KUHP Juncto Article 55 KUHP and/or Article 266 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) KUHP Juncto Article 55 KUHP, over the land dispute case that occurred in Dadap Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency in March 2018. Determination of the suspect against Sutrisno Lukito was the aftermath of Djoko Sukamtono's report by the land owner, named Idris to the Tangerang City Metro Police, Polda Metro Jaya.

The verdict was read out by the Judge of the Tangerang District Court, Raden Aji Suryo, SH, MH, Wednesday, May 17, 2023 who became the sole judge of the pretrial trial, he stated that he rejected all the applications submitted by the attorney for the suspect Tomson Situmeang.
