SAMARINDA - The Samarinda District Attorney's Office, East Kalimantan, has detained two suspects with the initials A and MS for alleged corruption in the payment of Customs for Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) in the Samarinda City Government.

Previously, investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Samarinda City Police handed over the second phase of the case on behalf of suspects A and MS along with evidence to the Samarinda Kejari.
The delegation of two suspects and evidence was carried out after the public prosecutor declared the case file complete or P-21 on Monday, April 3, 2023.
"Furthermore, the public prosecutor will prepare the letter and administration of the prosecution, then transfer this case to the Corruption Court at the Samarinda District Court for questioning and trial at the trial stage," he said.
