Reconstruction Of Jalan Yasin Limpo Gowa Which Was Heavily Damaged Entering The Drainage Excavation Stage

South Sulawesi Governor Andi Sudirman Sulaiman said the progress of the reconstruction of the Jalan HM Yasin Limpo section in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, had entered the drainage excavation stage.

The road section is a priority for the Governor of South Sulawesi Andi Sudirman Sulaiman to be handled in stages.

"Alhamdulillah, the progress of the reconstruction of Jalan HM Yasin Limpo in Gowa Regency has entered the excavation stage for drainage ditches and waterways, rock pair drainage with mortar, and A-class aggregate foundation layer," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, May 15.

For 2023, the South Sulawesi Provincial Government will handle asphalting along three km and handling drainage.

"This section is our priority to be handled, because it includes high LHR (average daily traffic) and severely damaged conditions," he said.

He also asked for the support of the surrounding community for the ease and smooth progress of the work so that it can be completed immediately and the benefits can be enjoyed by the community.

He hopes that the handling of this road will soon be useful for the community in facilitating accessibility and mobility of goods and services.

The South Sulawesi Provincial Government for 2023 will also handle the Pattalassang Road, Gowa Regency.

There are three packages for handling the section, namely the reconstruction of the Bird-Bird-Bili-Bili road, the reconstruction of Jalan HM Yasin Limpo, and the Elephant-Carangki-Bantimungung II Bird-Beteng section.
