Central Jakarta Police Chief Called The Perpetrator Of The Shooting Of The MUI Office Died Not Because Of Shot

The police confirmed that Mustofa, the shooter at the Central Jakarta MUI Office, was killed not because he was shot. This was said by the Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Komarudin.

"Nothing, nothing (red shooting). It is known there (the perpetrator died at the puskesmas). But to die where we don't know yet," said Komarudin when confirmed, Tuesday, May 2.

However, Komarudin could not confirm the cause of death of the shooter at the Central Jakarta MUI Office. He was only aware of the drugs found in the bag carried by the perpetrator.

"Yes, yes (discovered) a collection of drugs in the bag. It is not known what type of medicine it is", he said.

Now the perpetrator's body has been taken to the Police Hospital for further action.

"Not a lot, yes, it's still being investigated by Dokkes," he concluded.
