"Of course, on behalf of KAI Management, Divre IV Tanjungkarang, we apologize to the customers, because of the disruption of train travel and services due to the land on the collapsed train line in the area," he said.

He said that customers affected by the cancellation of the four trips had been given full information regarding the latest conditions related to train travel and could cancel tickets with 100 percent return outside of booking duties.
