Abang Is Hurt To Know His Sister Was Beaten By Swinging A Machete By A Neighbor's Hand

The Weakabang Police, Karawang Regency, arrested a resident who was suspected of slashing his neighbor, because he felt hurt.

"The perpetrator with the initials EM (30) carried out the stabbing of his own neighbor on Saturday morning (1 April)," said the Head of the Wekabang Police, Iptu Gulipar, in his statement, Thursday, April 6, which was confiscated by Antara.

The perpetrator, who is a resident of Karangtanjung Village, Lemakabang District, Karawang, slashed the victim with the initials DF (18), because he was hurt after his sister was beaten by DF and his friends.

The police chief said that the EM perpetrator initially received a complaint from his younger brother with the initials FH, who said that he was beaten by DF and his friends while hanging out.

Receiving a complaint like that from his own younger brother, EM immediately took a sharp weapon in the form of a machete. A moment later EM came to DF and his friends. Without a word, the machete was swung by DF's hand.

"Yes, the trigger, the perpetrator was hurt, because DF beat his sister," he said.

After stabbing DF, who is his own neighbor, the perpetrator accompanied by his family and the local village government surrendered to the Wekabang Police Headquarters.

The perpetrator was arrested along with evidence in the form of a machete used to carry out the stabbing.

When questioned by investigators, the perpetrator stabbed the person suspected of beating his sister.

The perpetrator admitted that he did not know the victim DF very well. However, it was stated that the perpetrator knew the victim's parents.

At first he didn't mean to stab the DF victim, because the targets were people hanging out with DF.

The people who hung out with DF at the scene of his sister being beaten were actually targeted.

For his actions, the perpetrator is now being held at the Mapolsek Lemakabang detention center. The perpetrator is threatened with Article 351 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of five years in prison.
