Bareskrim Sends Case Files Again 9 Suspects In Cases Of Accounting For Acute Kidney Failure

The Directorate of Certain Crimes (Dittipidter) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has again transferred the case files for kidney failure with five corporate suspects and four individuals to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). The delegation was carried out after the investigative team completed the formal and material shortages. "Until now, the prosecutor is still waiting for the case file to be declared complete," said Ramadhan. For information, for the four individual suspects in this case, among others, Alvio Ignasio Gustan as President Director and Aris Sanjaya as Director of CV APG. Then, Endis alias Pidit and Andri Rukmama. They are the President Director and Director of CV Samudera Chemical. Meanwhile, for the five corporate suspects, among others, PT Afi Farma, CV Chemical Samudera, PT Tirta Buana Kemindo, CV Anugrah Perdana Gemilang, and PT Fari Jaya Pratama.

They are charged with Article 196 in conjunction with Article 98 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. Subsidiary, Article 60 Number 10 of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Amendments to Article 197 in conjunction with Article 106 in conjunction with Article 201 paragraph (1) and/or paragraph (2) Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. Then, Article 62 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 8 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
