JAKARTA - Senior politician Amien Rais will reveal his new party on Thursday, September 10. This leak will be conveyed by Amien via the Amien Rais Official YouTube Channel.

Amien Rais' loyalist, Agung Mozin, said that what Amien Rais will say is about party platforms and principles.

"First, on Thursday, he will convey the party's platform, the principles of the party. Concerning fundamental matters concerning parties," Agung said when contacted by VOI, Tuesday, September 8.

However, apart from that, Agung has revealed a number of figures who will join this party. Amien Rais will not share this information on Thursday, September 10.

"Currently there are talks with us and several other figures, they will join this new party," he said.

However, these figures will not attend and join this party if they do not have a clear agenda. Those who want to join carry an agenda that will be fought for.

Agung said, there were former KPK leaders who would join if Amien Rais' new party turned corruption eradication into the main political agenda.

Then, there are also figures in the mining and energy sector, as well as natural resources. "They conveyed their willingness to join a new party, the important thing is to have a clear agenda on issues related to natural resources, because today's natural resources are considered to have neglected the interests of the people in accordance with Article 33 (UUD 1945), so they are willing to join if they put the issue into the main agenda. , "he said.

Then, continued Agung, there were environmental figures. "They also conveyed the same thing, if the party to be formed by Pak Amien Rais, every political policy will focus on going green. Because this concerns the sustainability of the next generation," he said.

"For example, there are environmental figures, who are invited to the party, suddenly within the party never fight for an agenda that is in favor of the preservation of nature and the environment. That's not fair," he said.

"They require that the sectoral agenda be the party's political agenda," he added.

Although he has leaked the figures who will join, Agung has not yet wanted to give any clues to the stewardship of this party. He said that the name and board of the new party would be announced at the same time as the party declaration which is planned for December. Even so, it is possible that it will be done sooner.

"The management will be at the time of the declaration. (The declaration) will still be December at the earliest," he said.
