Badai Gelar Konser Perayaan 25 Tahun Bermusik: Tak Lekang Oleh Waktu, 19 Januari 2024

JAKARTA - Musician and songwriter Doadibadai aka Badai will hold a 25th Anniversary of Music Storm: Tak Lekang By Time on January 19, 2024.

Despite becoming known as the Kerispatih keyboardist, the band he formed in 2003, and then releasing the debut album Honest Hati in 2005, Badai started his music career in 1999.

Badai said the concert this time would be different from the previous concerts. There are at least four things that make the difference.

First, I never thought I could have a career of up to 25 years. Looking back on how I started from an office boy, until finally I was trusted by people to arrange songs. Then, I started creating songs, forming bands, and joining Nagaswara," said Badai during a press conference in Menteng, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, November 14.

The second thing called Hurricane, this 25-year musical celebration concert will involve 18 to 20 more hits he has created.

Which is also a differentiator, Badai will collaborate with its musical style with many elements of Indonesian traditional arts.

"Thirdly, at this concert I will try to collaborate with culture. There are several regional dances, gambang krong, gangdang Batak, east dance and gamelan," said Badai.

In addition, Badai also held his single concert this time as a celebration of the return of Badai under the auspices of Nagaswara.

Meanwhile, Badai joined Nagaswara in 2004, and decided to leave in 2016 when his contract was completed. Recently, he rejoined the music label he called the "home of struggle".

The 25th Anniversary of the Music Storm: Tak Lekang By Time will also present Delon, Dudi Oris, Duo Anggrek and Randy Pangalila.

This concert will be held at the Great Theater, Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Menteng, Central Jakarta, with a spectator capacity of around 1,200 people.
