Lana Del Rey Donates 'Every Dollar' From Turnya To The City She Appears

JAKARTA - Lana Del Rey revealed that she donates money every dollar from selling her tour ticket to the city where she appears.

While performing inwakit, Virginia Barat on October 5 to end a series of live shows in 2023, the singers-songwriter Video Games told fans present that he had donated money earned from ticket sales back to the cities where he held shows during the tour.

"I just want to thank you and every city I've visited before... every ticket, every dollar, poured back into the city."

"It's not about [money] for me," Lana Del Rey added. I know it sounds cheap, but I'm on tour because I like it... I don't need to. I really like it, and we all love the places we've been to."

He did not elaborate on the amount of donations, and did not disclose to which organization he sent the money.

This is not the first time Lana Del Rey's generosity has made headlines. In 2020, the singer revealed that she donated a down payment from her latest book, Violet Bent Backwards Over The Grass, to provide clean water for some of America's most vulnerable communities,men's Nation.
