Geisha Re-released Never Existed

JAKARTA - Geisha has re-released the song Tak Kan Pernah Ada, a song from the album Anugerah Terindah (2009) which led them to become one of the top Indonesian bands.

The release of Tak Kan Pernah is a series of Love Recall Version, a project to rearrange Geisha's songs. Previously, they also released Love and Hate in January.

Geisha offered a new concept in the song Tak Kan Pernah Ada (Love Recall Version). They try to present a new experience that can be enjoyed by all circles, especially young people who do not know the heyday of Geisha.

Meanwhile, the re-release of this song is an adjustment to the Indonesian music industry, which is currently being seen as increasingly developed with the existence of various genres that can be accepted by the general public.

The reforms made focus on the scores and arrangements that were deliberately made differently to provide other identities from previous works.

Regina Poetiray's vocal character as a vocalist also made a difference from what Momo ex Geisha offered.

"For us, music has no boundaries. So, with Regina now, we try to be able to grow more with the music we explore," Nard (bass) said in his statement, Friday, October 6.

Not only the song that was rearranged, but Geisha also released a new video clip for Tak Kan Pernah Ada. Under the direction of Sakti as the director, Geisha carries a colorful concept with more mangrove music and emphasizes a more cheerful side.

"We really fun and enjoy every process of cultivating this MV, we also don't forget to involve our two additional players to appear on cam to make it more exciting," concluded Regina Poetiray.
