JAKARTA - To celebrate Rhino Records' 45th anniversary this year, the label launched Rhino Reds, a new limited edition series reprinted on the special Rhino Red disk.
The Rhino Reds series debuted by re-released the Golden Album, a 1968 compilation of The Doors which was released exclusively in Japan.
This re-issuance was mastered by Bruce Botnick with a tennis player cut by Bernie Grundman Mastering.
Limited to only 5,000 copies worldwide, Red's Rhino version of Golden Album is now available for $34.98 exclusively on The Doors and Rhinowebstores. The album will not be available in conventional stores.
This album is a compilation of 12 songs from the band's first three studio albums that won the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, namely The Doors, Strange Days, and Waiting For The Sun.
Many of The Doors' big hits reside in this album, including Light My Fire and Hello, I Love You.

Five songs from the compilation appeared in the seven-inch single bonus, including the Top 40 People Are Strange and Unknown Soldier hits.
The Golden Album comes in a luxurious folding jacket pack with multi-page insertions ending including lyrics for all 12 songs plus an image cover for bonus 7".
