Yamaha Presents XRS900 GP For European And Inggist Markets

JAKARTA - Yamaha Motor Europe officially launched the XSR900 2024 GP in the European and UK markets on October 24.

The existence of this motorbike gives new enthusiasm to motorcycle fans, because it displays an iconic style that has been racing heritage since 1980, as quoted from the Rideapart page, Wednesday, October 25.

In terms of specifications, the Yamaha XSR900 GP 2024 is supported by a three-cylinder 890cc engine cooled by the Blue Team. This motorbike has a bore size and a stroke of 78mm with a compression ratio of 11.5 to one.

Yamaha recorded a maximum power of 87.5 kilowatts (about 117.3 hp) at 10,000 rpm, and a torque of 93 Nm at 7,000 rpm. This motorbike is equipped with a gearbox of six speeds, assists and slipper clusters, and quick shiftrs which are the third generation of Yamaha.

Regarding the suspension, XSR900 GP 2024 is equipped with a fully tunable KYB setup both at the front and back. The KYB back link type suspension system can also be fully tuned. The braking system consists of multiple times for the front and single timesper for the rear, as well as using a 17-inch Yamaha spin advanced aluminum wheel covered with Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S23 tires.

One of the most interesting things about the Yamaha XSR900 GP 2024 is of course the bodywork design. Front fairing, armchair beatings, and especially the design of passenger seat covers on the plate side were inspired by YZR Grand Prix racers.

Regarding the feature, this motorbike is equipped with a new five-inch color TFT screen, along with smartphone connectivity, and various other features.

Yamaha XSR900 GP 2024 comes with three driving modes, namely Sport, Street, and Rain, as well as Custom mode that can be adjusted manually according to the needs of motorists. Regarding prices, Yamaha Europe has not announced it.
