More And More Various, Charged Launches New Electric Motor Model In Indonesia

JAKARTA - The choice of electric motorcycles in Indonesia is increasingly diverse, after motorcycle producer Charged launched its newest model for the Indonesian market.

The new models are Rimau Bumblebee, Rimau Ecru, and Maleo Latte, the results of an exclusive collaboration with Vmoto which took place at the Eprix International Circuit, Jakarta.

"Charged is committed to making electric motorcycles more accessible and desirable by the people of Indonesia, advancing the nation's sustainability agenda, improving the quality of life and livelihood," said Charged CEO Joel CY Chang in a press release received by VOI in Jakarta, Thursday, October 19.

The launch was attended by Jorge Lorenzo who had tasted the MotoGP title, and had the opportunity to try out his abilities at the circuit. After trying it out, he praised the quality offered.

"With advanced performance technology and proven safety records, this motorcycle has a true meaning in guiding the Indonesian driving community towards electric motorcycles," said Lorenzo.

Of course not a few are curious about the specifications of this one motorbike. Unlike several existing models, the superior product of Charged, namely Rimau Bumblebee, Rimau Ecru has an impressive distance of up to 200 kilometers by driving efficiently and a maximum speed of 95 km/hour.

Meanwhile, Maleo's product, which offers a rainbow color choice, has a distance of up to 120 kilometers when driving efficiently with one battery, or up to 240 kilometers with a spare battery, with a maximum speed of 70 km/hour.

Rimau is available for sale at a price of IDR 40.8 million and Maleo for IDR 34.8 million each with one battery. Interesting with this electric motorbike?
