JAKARTA - The production house PIM Pictures released their horror film titled Devils by cooperating with new director Kenny Gulardi and line-up players such as Fandy Christian, Putri Ayudya, Epy Kusnandar and other supporting players.

The Devil's film tells the story of a family consisting of Radit Nugraha's father (Fandy Christian), Kala Nirmala's mother (Putri Ayudya), and their son Bima (Jordan Omar). Their life was fairly harmonious and happy until one night Radit got a call from home about the departure of his'mother'.

Seeing this, Radit, Kala and Bima decided to return to Radit's house to say goodbye to his mother who was found dead in unnatural conditions. However, since then this family life has been filled with terror, especially in Bima, which is repeatedly disturbed by invisible creatures. This film opens very casually, a happy and harmonious family atmosphere like the family is generally described very well by Kenny Gulardi so that he can convince the audience that this family is really a good family.

Furthermore, the use of dialogue that remains formal but is not forced also makes the conversation between actors pleasing to listen to. This is further reinforced by the cuts in dialogue with several characters which indirectly build the audience's curiosity about the simplicity and ending of this film.

Fandy Christian who is trusted to be the main character in this film is quite good at playing his character as someone who hides something big to his family, this makes Fandy manage to cover up his image, which is usually known as a soap opera actor. In addition, the wife between Fandy Christian, Putri Ayudya and Jordan Omar as a family also looks to wake up very well so that they look natural and not awkward.

The depiction of ghosts or creatures in this film is also enough to make the thick hair stand up. Its appearance is also not too forced, aka according to the timing, even though the audience seems to be able to guess when the ghost or creature will be present, which makes the tension a little less. However, this can be covered with identical voices that can make the audience pandle until they leave the studio, one of which is finger injection.

Finally, as director Kenny Gulardi succeeded in building a plot twist at the end of the Devil's film which made the audience not think of an answer to the riddle of the story that had been built since the beginning of the film.
