Confirm Divorce, Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner Open Voice

JAKARTA - Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner finally opened their voices about the news of their divorce. Through their second social media, they compactly confirmed that they chose to end the marriage after 4 years.

"After four years of extraordinary marriage, we agreed to end our marriage," Jonas and Turner shared a statement on Wednesday, September 6 via a personal Instagram account.

"There is a lot of speculation narrative about the reason, but this is a joint decision and we hope everyone can respect our desire for privacy for us and our children," they continued.

This statement was made after Joe Jonas officially filed for divorce from Sophie Turner in Miami Dade County, Florida. According to the documents filed, Joe Jonas said their marriage could no longer be saved.

The Jonas Brothers member also mentioned their two children mostly live with Joe but he has a desire to take care of their two children together.

News of their divorce began circulating last week when Joe Jonas was not wearing a wedding ring. But the rumors seemed to be denied when Joe Jonas uploaded his latest photo and looked still wearing a ring.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner officially married on May 1, 2019 in private. Duo Dan + Shay are known to appear in a wedding which is only attended by their closest parties.

From that marriage, both of them have two daughters, one is named Willa in 2020, and the other has never been revealed.

Joe Jonas is on a United States tour with Jonas Brothers. On the other hand, Sophie Turner is reportedly filming High Spirit in England.
