Legal Counsel Confirms Rezky Aditya As A Man In A Video Mesum

JAKARTA - Rezky Aditya's attorney, Irwan Irawan, confirmed that the man in the exciting video that had gone viral on social media was his client.

"Yes (the figure of the man is Rezky Aditya), from the video shown," said Irwan Irawan when contacted by the media crew on Wednesday, May 17.

However, Irwan was not willing to talk further about what his client did in the video. He said that what was seen in the video had become the domain of police investigators.

"Until now it is still being investigated whether it is true or not. Because it happened in 2017, it has been a long time, and it is still unclear. Is that what he meant or what, is still investigating the case," said Irwan.

Furthermore, Irwan said that Rezky at that time made a video call with a woman consciously. However, he did not know that the video call was recorded by the woman he contacted.

"Rezky doesn't know (recorded). Because he doesn't know either, he doesn't make it. It was recorded unilaterally, didn't make it, then he was accused of spreading it. What was distributed, the video itself was not with him, "concluded Irwan Irawan, Rezky Aditya's attorney.

Rezky Aditya himself, the day before had visited Polda Metro Jaya to undergo an examination with investigators.

The report against Rezky Aditya is registered with the Number LP/B/215/I/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. RA is reported to be related to Article 27 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 Jo Article 29 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
