First Trailer Released, Branch Past Revealed Through The Film Trolls Band Together

JAKARTA - The continuation of Poppy and her friends' story will come through the film Trolls Band Together. The film produced by DreamWorks reunites the duet of Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake with Poppy and Branch's new story.

The first trailer released today, Wednesday, March 29 tells of Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake) as a couple. They were seen attending their best friend's wedding until a figure from the past came back.

John Dory (Eric Allah) was present in the middle of the wedding ofatur and Gristle. John Dory openly claimed to be a separate Branch brother.

Poppy just found out that Branch is one of the boyband members of BroZone she idolizes. Branches are in the same group as Floyd (Troye Sivan), Spruce (Daveed Diggs), Clay (Kid Cudi) and John Dory. They disbanded when Branch was a baby.

John Dory came to ask Branch for help to save Floyd who was kidnapped by Velvet (Amy Schumer) and Veneer (Andrew Rannells). Poppy and Branch traveled to meet with BroZone members and save Floyd.

Several musician characters will appear for the first time such as Camila Cabello, Zosia Mamet, and RuPaul Charles. In addition, Zooey Deschanel, Icona Pop, Anderson.Paak, Ron Fuches, Kenan Thompson returned to play their characters.

Trolls Band Together is directed by Walt Dohrm with Team Heitz. The new story of Trolls continues the success of the Trolls franchise since 2016. The sequel, which was broadcast during the pandemic, also reaped a record on the big screen.

The Trolls franchise also received a Best Original Song nomination and became one of the cartoon franchises enjoyed around the world.

The Trolls Band Together will hit theaters on November 17, 2023.
