Red Velvet Holds World Tour, Single Concert In Jakarta May 20!

JAKARTA - Another group SM Entertainment will hold a concert. Red Velvet announced the R to V world tour as a series of their fourth concert tours.

Previously, Red Velvet shared the date of the first concert to take place at KSPO Dome, Seoul on April 1 and 2. Today, Monday, March 27, SM Entertainment announced that they will tour the world to several countries.

Through the official uploaded poster, Red Velvet held 13 concerts in Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, France, Amsterdam, England, and Jakarta.

After Seoul, Red Velvet started a concert in Singapore on April 21, 2023. Then continued with Yokohama, Manila, and Bangkok.

Red Velvet will hold its inaugural concert in Jakarta on May 20, 2023. However, until now it is not known who the promoter will be bringing the group of five members.

Red Velvet himself visited Jakarta at several festivals or television shows. However, this is the first time for Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, Yeri to present a single concert in Indonesia.

The world tour will continue to Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London. This is the first time Red Velvet has held a solo concert in Europe.

In addition, Red Velvet was confirmed to appear at the Primavera Sound 2023 festival in Spain on June 1 and 8.

The Red Velvet concert is one of SM Entertainment's plans in 2023. In the midst of a feud with label founder Lee Soo Man, the agency launched a number of plans for several of their artists.

Their last release was The ReVe Festival 2022 with the main track Birthday. They also collaborated with aespa on the song Beautiful Christmas for SM Town's winter project.
